Lifting and installation of electric drum
Because the electric drum is a relatively large equipment, manual labor alone may not be sufficient for installation. Therefore, sometimes we need to use some tools for installation. Currently, the widely used installation method is to use lifting machinery for lifting work, which does not require too much manpower. 1. Firstly, only the lifting rings on the two supports are needed to transport the entire equipment to the installation site using a crane.
2. During installation, it is necessary to fix the two supports to the transport machine frame with bolts. Each bolt needs to be equipped with washers and ensure that the nuts are tightened. The installation of the frame foundation must be firm to ensure that subsequent installation work can proceed normally.
3. When installing, keep the bottom plane of the support in a horizontal position, and ensure that the tilt angle is less than 5 degrees when tilting.
4. Then inject engine oil into the equipment through the oil injection hole on the left end cover, and add it to one-third of the height of the equipment diameter. It is not recommended to add too much oil.
5. After completing the above steps, rotate the drum normally by hand, ensuring that the electric drum can rotate flexibly without any jamming.
6. Open the junction box and ensure that the motor leads are correctly connected to the wiring in the electrical control cabinet.
7. After connecting the power, start the device and check if the rotation direction of the device is correct. If it is not normal, adjustments need to be made.
